I help individuals and business owners resolve tax problems, file accurately, and stay in good standing with the IRS and state.

Fee: $100
All new clients start with an Initial Case Review. I’ll review your tax concerns, goals, and any IRS and state notices you upload through the secure client portal, then provide a detailed written action plan and recommended next steps.
The $100 Initial Case Review fee is applied in full as a deposit toward your first service.
Languages: Initial Case Reviews are now available in all languages. You may reach out through the Confidential Inquiry Form or contact information provided below for general questions or additional information.

This is where I pull IRS and state transcripts, review prior returns, and map out what’s really going on with your account. You’ll receive a clear summary of your situation and written recommendations so you know exactly which options are realistic for you.
Detailed pricing and tiers are listed on the Services page.
-
I represent you before the IRS and state to put a plan in place—such as an Installment Agreement, Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status, penalty relief, Offer in Compromise (OIC), and preparing any unfiled returns needed to move forward.
Most resolution work is billed as a flat fee with structured payment plans.
-
I prepare tax returns for individuals and business owners, from straightforward W-2 filing to more complex returns with self-employment, rentals, or multiple states.
Returns are billed as flat-fee engagements based on complexity, and detailed pricing ranges for simple and complex filings are listed on the Services pages. If your return is part of a larger tax problem (unfiled years, Offer in Compromise, etc.), it will be included in your written resolution quote so you know exactly what to expect.
-
After your immediate issue is resolved, I offer ongoing support so you don’t fall behind again. This service includes annual filing, transcript checks, notice triage, and year-round access for brief questions.
Individual and Business Compliance & Filing plans are available with monthly payments.
Supporting Active Duty Service Members
In light of current events affecting military families, a limited number of active duty service member cases are being accepted pro bono at this time. This waiver applies to both the Initial Case Review fee and professional fees. Government filing fees, IRS user fees, and other third-party costs may still apply where required. Active duty service members seeking consideration may use the Confidential Inquiry form or the contact information below. Verification of active duty status will be requested securely through the Client Portal.
